What happens if a supplier changes a price, quantity, or date?
It's flagged as an exception on your PO page — you accept, reject, or ask the supplier to discuss it, and they're notified automatically either way.
Can a supplier confirm some lines and change others?
Yes — each line is confirmed or changed independently.
What PO formats are supported?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or pasting rows directly on any plan. Starter and Business plans add AI-powered PDF upload and forwarding a supplier's email directly — no template or setup needed for either.
